FSSAI: Manufacturer must have an FSSAI Manufacturing license. As a marketer/retailer you may require FBO Registration/License depending on activity/state. AYUSH: Products are made under the manufacturer’s AYUSH drug license and product approvals; some states need a wholesale/retail license to sell AYUSH medicines.
